Healthy Cooking Demo + Tasting with Chef April

Demo + Sampling Event:
With April Thompson, Wild Thymez Personal Chef Service on Saturday, February 22nd at 9am.
Demo + Sampling will follow after our Strength class!
April will be providing organic, farm to table meals delivered to Paragon for pick up + delivery service.
Vegan + gluten-free options are available. Prices start at $10/meal.
