This clinic is meant for runners of all ages and ability levels. Whether your goal is to run the Boston Marathon, complete your first 5k or just become more active, we're here to help. Tuesday, September 29th 5pm-6:30pm At Paragon Health & Fitness 90 minutes of education and coaching: -Improve running performance -Reduce injuries -Increase mobility and flexibility In-person attendance will be limited to 25 people! All attendees will receive copies of our slides as well as videos demonstrating every exercise from the clinic.
